X Creative Collaboration was one of the very first clients. Founded by Tammy and Bob in 2022, this co-working hair salon in Leith has become a hub for creativity, community, and empowerment and I’ve been proud to help grow its digital presence from the very beginning.

Our strategy has focused on storytelling through client hair journeys, trending formats, and content that reflects Tammy’s passion for mentorship, self-development, female empowerment, and creating a balanced, feel-good work culture. Since launching, the Instagram has grown steadily with Reels consistently reaching thousands of views, including skits about salon life, emotional client reveals, and behind-the-scenes content that resonates with both stylists and clients. One of our top-performing Reels featuring a client transformation hit over 28K views, and our community-focused posts continue to drive shares, saves, and engagement.

I’ve supported the salon by promoting chair rental opportunities for freelance stylists, showcasing the welcoming environment Tammy has built, and hosting several in-person events including welded jewellery pop-ups with 4EVA SKY HIGH, nail art sessions with Elise, and a sold-out Social Media Workshop in partnership with the Resident Hairdresser.
